3. Add the Arborio rice to the pan and stir to coat with the oil and butter. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the rice is slightly translucent.

4. Add the white wine to the pan and stir until it is completely absorbed by the rice.

5. Add a ladleful of the warm broth to the rice and stir until it is completely absorbed. Continue adding the broth, one ladleful at a time, stirring constantly and allowing each ladleful to be absorbed before adding the next one.

6. Continue cooking and stirring the rice until it is tender and creamy, but still slightly firm to the bite. This should take about 20-25 minutes.
