Add the onion and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. 3. Add the chicken and stir-fry until it changes color. 4. Add the carrot and stir-fry for a few minutes until it is slightly cooked. 5. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry until everything is well combined. 6. Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients. Bring it to a boil and then reduce the heat to low. Cover the wok or frying pan and let it simmer for about 15 minutes. 7. While waiting for the chicken to cook, prepare the mie. Cook the mie in boiling water for about 3-5 minutes or until it is soft. 8. After 15 minutes, remove the lid from the wok or frying pan. If the sauce is too watery, continue to cook until it thickens. If it is too thick, add some water. 9. Add the cooked mie to the wok or frying pan. Stir-fry for a few minutes until everything is well combined. 10. Serve the mie hot and enjoy!
