Instructions
Making the batagor:
- Mince the mackerel fish fillet and tofu using a food processor
- Put the minced fish and tofu in a bowl
- Add the minced garlic, tapioca flour, salt, pepper, sugar, chicken broth powder, baking powder, and baking soda to the bowl
- Beat the egg and add it to the bowl, mix all the ingredients until well combined
- Add water little by little until the mixture becomes slightly sticky
- Take a tablespoon of the mixture and wrap it with the dumpling skin, repeat until all the mixture is used up
