Add the chicken pieces to the pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is browned on all sides. 5. Add the water to the pan and bring to a boil. 6. Reduce the heat to low and let the chicken simmer for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened. 7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
